When you have a Willow account, you won’t have to enter your details every time you want to place a new order. Your address and payment details can be stored ready for next time. You will also be emailed any promotions and discount codes when you have an account.

Q: Do I have to create a Willow account to place an order?

No, there is no obligation to create a Willow account, you are able to check out as a guest.

Q: How long does delivery take?

Most large appliances are delivered within 2 to 3 working days. Smaller appliances under 30kg are usually available for next day delivery.

Q: Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes, next day delivery is available on smaller appliances under 30kg subject to stock availability and order cut off times.

Q: Can I choose a delivery date?

Delivery options are shown at checkout so you can choose a date that works for you.

Q: Do you deliver across the UK?

We deliver to most UK mainland addresses. Delivery availability will be confirmed during checkout.
