Delivery

We offer free delivery on all items to most of the UK in partnership with BJS and DPD.

Free delivery to most locations, six days a week

Our couriers deliver to 98% of the UK, including hard to reach areas. The exceptions include some of the more remote Scottish Highland and island areas, the Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland. Most areas are served six days a week. When you enter your postcode as part of the ordering process, options and any restrictions will come up.

Which courier will deliver my parcel?

If your item is under 29.9kg, it will be delivered via DPD.
If your item is over 30kg, it will be delivered via BJS.

BJS

Delivery Process

 

  • After you’ve placed your order with Willow, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
  • When your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email informing you of this which will include your tracking number starting with B*******-****.
  • BJS will contact you directly (by text message, email or phone) to confirm your delivery date.
  • You’ll need to approve your delivery, usually by replying to the text message or confirming by phone or email. Deliveries will only proceed once the slot has been confirmed.
  • On the day before delivery, you will receive a three hour time slot.
  • On the day of delivery, you'll receive a call to confirm they are en route to your address.
  • Deliveries are typically made Monday to Saturday.
  • BJS provides a 2-Man delivery service to your room of choice or hallway, depending on the item and property access.
  • If there is no lift available, deliveries will be made up to the 2nd floor as standard.
  • You can track your order through the BJS Transport website using your email address and the tracking reference provided in your dispatch email.

Delivery Times

  • Orders placed before 2 pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day and will be delivered within 48 hours.
  • Deliveries to a small number of remote postcodes (listed below) may not be covered by the BJS service. Excluded postcodes can be found below.
  • You can reschedule your delivery directly with BJS using the link in your notification message or by contacting their customer service team.

Excluded Postcodes

Deliveries to certain Scottish Highlands, Islands, and other remote areas may take longer than next day. These include:

  • AB (Aberdeen)
  • BT (Northern Ireland)
  • DD (Dundee)
  • FK (Falkirk and Stirling)
  • HS (Western Isles)
  • IV1–49 (Inverness & Isle of Skye)
  • KA27–28 (Arran & Millport)
  • KW1–17 (Kirkwall & Orkney)
  • PA1–19, PA20–38, PA41–49, PA60–76 (Paisley, Bute, Islay, Jura, Colonsay, Mull, Iona, etc.)
  • PH1–41 (Perth and surrounding areas)
  • TR21–TR25 (Isles of Scilly)
  • ZE (Shetland Islands)

 

DPD

  • After you’ve placed your order with Willow, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
  • When your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email informing you of this which will include your tracking number.
  • On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message from DPD with your two hour delivery slot. This will be once the driver has scanned all of the parcels onto the van and usually by 12 noon.
  • Your one hour delivery slot can't be changed, however you can reschedule it using the link in the text message or by visiting the DPD website or app.
  • If ordered before 2pm Monday - Friday, you can expect your item the next day.
